Neuro Linguistic Programming first emerged in the 1970’s when a Professor, John Grinder, and an undergraduate, Richard Bandler, from the University of California teamed up to explore their fascination with the behavioural patterns of geniuses.
From their fascination they went on to develop the modeling technique we now know as NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming – which is recognized and highly acclaimed worldwide as a powerful tool for behavioural change. It is the process of unraveling and replicating the language structure and behavioural patterns of people deemed excellent at a given activity.
PHP director, Robert Purfield, is a certified NLP master practitioner and is able to use his knowledge and understanding of Neuro Lingquistic Programming to help his clients achieve excellence.
