WHAT IS A TRUE POTENTAIL DAY PROGRAMME?
A PHP “True Potential” Programme is a sales boosting tool. It entails PHP consultants working within the dealerships trawling, collating, segmenting, sorting and capturimg all of the very best prospect and customer data available - the PHP way!. It focuses on appointment making with coaching, motivational exercises, teamwork, organised telethons all leading tothe True Potential Day itself. All the sales people are involved, normally over a weekend, when the sales results soar and the dealership benefits from achieving its TRUE POTENTIAL!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The PHP conultants we send on site are crucial to the success of the TRUE POTENTIAL PROGRAMME. We have some of the most highly skilled, high-energy automotive sales consultants on the planet. They come on site and keep your teams focused and motivated to achieve outstanding results.

Our consultants spend two days working within each of the chosen dealerships. Day one is a preparation day and day two is the implementation and appointment-making telethon day. Then comes the “True Potential” Day itself – usually during a weekend – when we focus on deal stacking and the results are always superb!

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
The record for a True Potential Day was 28 cars in one day. That was obviously over and above their usual weekend sales. We had one recently that sold 19 on their True Potential Day and we have many examples of dealerships involved in the PHP True Potential Day selling around 9 or 10 incremental cars on a Saturday.
