Our consultants spend two days working within each of the chosen dealerships.
Day one is a preparation day and day two is the implementation and appointment-making telethon day. Then comes the “True Potential” Day itself – usually during a weekend – when we focus on deal stacking and the results are always superb!
The record for a True Potential Day was 28 cars in one day. That was obviously over and above their usual weekend sales. We had one recently that sold 19 on their True Potential Day and we have many examples of dealerships involved in the PHP True Potential Day selling around 9 or 10 incremental cars on a Saturday.
