PHP Ltd , headed up by Director / Owners, Robert Purfield and Dean Hines, was formed in 2001. Since then the business has grown at an amazing rate and now has over 300 customers.
PHP began offering training and consultancy but have vastly developed its service offering by developing a unique 5-piece human change model which integrates the key principles from 5 amazing development tools – neuro linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, accelerated learning, hypnotic change techniques and a powerful psychometric profiling tool – called Insights.
In 2002 PHP launched its own research division specifically dedicated to mystery shopping and customer research tasks such as customer satisfaction surveys, appointment making, database building and cleaning and market research all geared to the automotive industry.
Also in 2002 PHP launched its very own brand of paper-based salesmen’s diary – the ESP diary.
In 2005 PHP partnered with SAGE to become official resellers of ACT! the world’s best selling contact management software which has over 4 million users worldwide and continue to develop it with a dealership flavour.
